Greetings. Sorry for my English. The problem with crackle in the dynamics when switching to a new video in youtube and similar programs. Resetting the settings does not solve the problem. Firmware 13.4.1.

Are you saying that when motion occurs on the screen, your iPad makes a crackling sound?
 
No. In the YouTube application, when changing the video. This problem was with MBP 16
