Cracks Appearing on my iPhone-help please

So I had my iPhone for about 9 months now(September 2008) and I found some cracks near the ringer/silent switch yesterday night while cleaning my iPhone. Will I be able to take it in the apple store and get it replace? I'm from Canada so I'm not sure if they will replace it for me....

I haven't drop my phone once and it's always in a case and I really take care of it.

i have replaced mine 4 times due to cracks

my current one has them by the volume toggle

its getting pretty irritating

Thanks for the help duke I guess I'll book an appointment with the genius bar just hope they will replace it...
