nope, it accelerates itself
you simply steer, and press different parts of the screen if you want to perform an action or jump, or skid round a corner

Cro-Mag Rally you have to hold down the forward or reverse button which gets really annoying.

Crash you just steer and tap the screen for action/jump which makes it much better in my book.

Both my phone and my computer are saying it's no longer available. Boo.

EDIT: It looks like it is downloading now, via the phone. If you have trouble on the computer, try getting it on your phone. It'll download over EDGE...but not quickly.

i couldn't find this in the iTunes store - when i searched for Games it wasn't there
but i found the weblink on the Touch Arcade store, clicked that, and it brought it up in iTunes and i was able to download

Downloaded tonight on the US servers.

You won't find it under Games, you have to choose "All iPhone Applications" and scroll through to "A-E"

Looks pretty good so far!

Crash Team Racing on the PS1 had a different developer Back then the Crash games were developed by Naughty Dog. Since then they've gone through a few different developers.

I'd love to give this one a try, but no demo. I'm not taking a $10 shot in the dark...
