I been having a problem when am using the internet or program. The problem is that my mac completely freezes or crashes and here is the crash report

Are you still under Applecare? I would suggest taking out the 680 and reverting to the stock card and seeing if the problem persists.

How are you powering the 680 by the way?

I saw FakeSMC and osx86 listed in there.



Why are those showing up in a real mac?
It looks like my bro install "multibeast" with out consulting me :/ so i formated the drive an reinstalled Mountain Lion and its working just fine
Try checking the RAM.
Thanks i think that it was multibeast cosign the errors
 
It will be good if a fresh install sorts out your problem. Fingers crossed.
I did a clean install :) it looks good so far i couldn't run cinema4d or after effects for 15 min or it would crash
