Crashing with Office 16 and El Capitan

I have a huge issue with Office for MAC 16 with El Capitan 10.11.1. Outlook continuously crushes someone please help.

Download the 2016 Microsoft Office for Mac update from Microsoft. I think you will find the link under the Help tab in Outlook as with the other Office apps.

Make sure you have updated to the latest version v15.16.

Option 1) It's possible you need to start over in a new Profile (Identity).

Option 2) Try deleting the Containers folder for the Office app that is crashing.

User's Library > Containers

com.microsoft.Excel
com.microsoft.Outlook
com.microsoft.Powerpoint
com.microsoft.Word​

Restart your Mac, empty the trash then test. (make sure that you don't have the Microsoft apps launch at login. (You can hold down Shift key when logging in to disable.)
