Just updated my MBP M2 to Sonoma last night. Typing my work notes which I do daily using caps lock entirely and, boom, crazy blue or orange indicators constantly appear that distract me in my typing to no end. WHAT IN HEAVEN'S NAME IS THAT ABOUT? Apparently, there's no way to remove it. Is it intended to just drive people crazy or is it some kind of subtle conditioning suggesting to us that we don't have a say or option anymore when it comes to using our own computers? Is Apple actively trying to alienate their customer base with something like this being added? It's sure beginning to make me think twice. I CAN TELL YOU THAT!!

HERE IT IS.

TRYING TO DISPLAY AGAIN. YOU CAN SEE THE TROUBLESOME BLUE ARROW THAT ASSERTS ITSELF WHEN CAPS LOCK IS ON.

This is a new feature of Sonoma but you can disable it..

When I do this, it asks for a password. Is that my computer password. I typed it in and nothing happened.

If I turn off caps lock, and then click on the arrow it seems to disappear after that. I'll see how well that works.
