I don't know if you have the 4S yet but you can create shopping less in the reminders app. I'm actually posting this using voice recognition.

I have the 4s, Siri will not allow you to create a reminder list, it tells you to do it yourself. However, I created a shopping list quickly asking Siri to create a note and I told her what to put on the note/list.
