Does anyone know why I can't create an iCloud sharing link on my Mac in the Photos App? I can easily do that on my iPhone, but the option just doesn't seem to be available on my M1 Mac. Once I click on "more," I see that it is checked, but is grayed out. Does anyone have any tips for me here?
I have already tried restarting the app and my Mac.

I believe that the primary way to do this is on icloud.com, unfortunately. See this article: https://support.apple.com/guide/icloud/share-files-and-folders-mm708256356b/icloud
On the iPhone, there is a super easy way to do it from share sheet, and it generates a link with a 30-day validity. I wish they would give us the same option on the Mac too.
The weird thing is, the option is presented in the share settings, but not in the share sheet. They must have forgotten it haha
