Hi all,

I know this may sound weird but I was trying to see if there's a way to either boot directly into command line or create a user that will automatically put me in command line and not allow me to pop out into the graphical interface.

I'm trying to setup an environment where I'm stuck in the command line basically to try and force myself to learn.

Appreciate any help or suggestions. Thanks!

It used to be possible to enter ">console" as the username in OS X, then you'd get a purely command line interface to log in, but it doesn't seem to work in Sierra 10.12.1.
