Create recovery partition on new internal drive

I just received my new MacBook Pro. Today I plan to download ML and install it on the hard drive that is in it, create a bootable USB install drive by doing this, swap out the hard drive for a different one, and install ML on the new drive.

My question is, will doing this create the recovery partition on the new hard drive? If not, how can I do that?

Why would you want to do this after already creating a bootable thumb drive? Hopefully apple will update their website so we can put the recovery partition on a thumb drive using this method http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1433

Because I want to use the flash drive for other things and not worry about having it with me when I need to make use of the recovery tools. Also, I've read that you need the recovery partition for FileVault and Find My Mac to work.

Once you install ML on the new drive the recovery partition will already be there. Keep in mind if your HDD fails it can take the recovery partition with it. This is why it's good to have a bootable thumb drive, or a thumb drive made with the link I provided.

You need to have recovery partition on HDD for Find my Mac and Remote lock - they don't work without (you cannot activate the option).

I'm looking a way to recreate recovery partition without reinstalling ML just for this reason.
