The old iTunes used to have a videos section. It was great because I could create my own educational video playlists, manually drag them to iTunes or sync selected videos and access them from any device without them using any iCloud space since they only used space on my device.

But the new Apple Music app and AppleTV app do not have those video capabilities. If you drag videos to the Music app they become music videos. I was able to drag videos to the macOS AppleTV app and they appear in the Home Videos section but then they do not sync to iCloud and are not viewable on devices. The Home Videos seem to exist only on macOS.

I could upload videos manually to iCloud Drive but that is not really a native video playlist solution. With the old iTunes you could also create video playlists from the iTunes videos. But that is also gone.

What do you recommend to make video playlists that I can manually sync and access via cloud?
