Creating a contact form + hosting help.

Any advice on creating a simple contact form on my site?

I am pretty novice at scripting, i usually just create my site in flash using behaviors, etc but would like to know how to make a contact form for users to submit name, email and questions/comments to me.

Also I downloaded a couple of templates that looked as if they would work but didnt, this got me thinking about my hosting server.

I host using 123-reg and i dont think its supports any scripting apart from the basics.

Can anyone recommend a good uk hosting site for me to switch that supports scripting for forms etc.

Well unless you are willing to get some free unreliable hosting, I'll admit that you're not going to get that cheap.

I personally recommend Hostgator, but you might want to check some others.
