Creating a ipa from webapp! possible?

Hi!!!
I've create a webapplication for my site using Dashcode and after testing it's all right..
I did the deployment but it works only for uploading the files in a webserver..
how can i create (if it's possible) an ipa file for installing on my iPhone my app? or a simple app with icon that launch my webapp!

The icon to web app is easy, just click the + symbol in Safari and save to your home screen.

As for how to create an .ipa, retool the app in Objective-C/C++ and either submit to app store or to Cydia.
