Creating an upload area

How would I go about setting up an area for clients to upload images etc that are too large to email across to me? I have a printer who uses iDisk but that is part of the .MAC package. I have webspace but don't want to give out my ftp details to them incase they muck up my sites! And of course it needs to be very simple for them

Is there another way to do this?
