Creating movie playlists in iTunes without having to download movie from the cloud?

Is there a way to create movie playlists in iTunes that doesn't require downloading the movie from the cloud? I have tried starting the download and stopping it, but removing the partial download also removes the movie from the playlist. Thanks for any help!
 
I'm assuming there is no way to do this, but since High Sierra is out I thought I might bump this and see if anyone figured out how to pull this off.
