Where what?
In the Finder go to the File Menu at the top of the screen
Select New Folder
It will place a new folder on the desktop
Woof, Woof - Dawg
In the Finder go to the File Menu at the top of the screen
Select New Folder
It will place a new folder on the desktop
Woof, Woof - Dawg
You can also right click (control+click) anywhere in finder, including on the desktop and create a new folder that way.
