Creating one common account for iCloud,FaceTime,Mail and iTunes

I was able to create an Apple Account ending with the suffix *.me.com in the Middle East. How can I create such an account when I am in India because I have another Mac Mini over here which is used by my brother. For simplicity's sake I would also like him to use this account as a common account for iCloud, FaceTime, Mail and iTunes. Kindly let me know the procedures for doing the same.

Sounds like you just want him to use the same account as you do. Simply enter your details on his Mac

I do not want him to use the same account which I use. I want him to have a separate account for everything including for purchases on AppStore as well as renting movies on iTunes. I have separate accounts for iTunes and iCloud. I want him to have one common account iCloud, FaceTime, Mail and iTunes. Kindly let me know the procedures for doing the same.

Right so you want him to have his own Account, that he will then use.
So simply set him up an AppleID of his own! What is special about the account. ALL AppleID's can be used for everything. Just because you CHOOSE to use separate accounts doesn't make it impossible for you to use the account that you use for iCloud to purchase in iTunes as well. They just wouldn't show up in your purchases when you sign into iTunes with the AppleID that you use for iTunes
