Other Credit app gone with Apple store updating

Well, I was filling out the credit thing for Apples upgrade every year, figuring it would be better than going through ATT next. As soon as I pressed the submit button, the god dam thing said, we are making updates, come back soon. I have no feeling right now about this.

What happened to my app?? Did I get approved? I don't know who to call now? How could this have worse timing. I just can't believe this. Oh well I guess lol.

I thought the pre-approval closed at 4 pm pst. It's too late now as Apple Store App is down ahead of it's pre-order and won't be back up till after 12:01 am PST. You may want to contact Apple or Citizen Bank and see if they got the application?

Yeah, there was a clear disclaimer stating pre-approval should be completed on 9/13/18 by 4PM PST.

I thought the pre-approval closed at 4 pm pst. It's too late now as Apple Store App is down ahead of it's pre-order and won't be back up till after 12:01 am PST. You may want to contact Apple or Citizen Bank and see if they got the application?

Nothing, you were too late so now you’re not pre approved. I guess you’d need to go through the process again when the store is back up.

Same exact thing happened to me. Finished, clicked submit and "poof" check back later,lol.
