  1. I like the color scheme.
  2. I'd say the Reel page takes longer because you have a movie embedded.
  3. Content links cannot be seen until you hover over them. Definitely something to change.
  4. You have some images as links with text labels beneath them, but the text isn't a link itself. Both should be click-able.
  5. Your content could use a larger line height to make it more readable.
  6. The slightly darker gray background is a little boring. You might want to use a simple background image on it, like a texture of some sort, though keep it simple.
  7. You've got some validation errors, but are simple ones to fix.
  8. I'm not a fan of table layouts. This could be done with CSS.
  9. You've got a bit of inline color definitions that would be better off as CSS declarations.
  10. The movies were taking a lot of time to download. Also, do not have movies auto-start, that's a good way to piss off visitors and have them leave.
  11. On your Services page most of the links are mailto links. This will catch a lot of people off guard and likely upset them. A lot of people use web email, which don't make use of those links so they end up bringing up a program the visitor doesn't use and ends up pissing them off and they'll leave your site.
  12. Links are a bit inconsistent. Some images are click-able others aren't and there's no way to tell until you hover over them. For instance, on the Products pages, the first row of products the images are click-able, but the images in the second row are not. No difference between them.
  13. Also on the topic of links, on the home page if you click on a featured product, it'll take you to the Products page, and then you have to click on that same product a second time to get to the real information on it. It should only take one click to get to the real information.
  14. Overall it looks nice, but seems to lack "real" information. You should work in some more information about products.

It looks really good. The reel page is a little slow loading but I waited so that's a good sign as I am not patient. I use safari on leopard so I think you will have problems on windows and the older IE will probably crash.
I am not too fond of the strong blurr on the nav bar, I think I would like it a little less blurry but that is a personal preference. Graphics and choice of colors are great.

The company name was the last thing I saw. It blends too much into the background. The same with your links bar at the top. There simply isn't enough contrast given the bright colors at the bottom of the page.

Otherwise, it's a nice clean, easy to navigate site.
