Critique please

Been working on this for the last little while...header for a conservative independent recording studio.

I think you know where I am going with this - multimedia look.

Any suggestions? I think maybe fade the guitar a little...been looking at it for too long.

I think you need to do something with the backdrop to the text.

Just my view but it goes on for too long. Also not sure white is the best backing colour.

It's pretty nice. The guitar could be faded a little more, but looks great as it is.

Not surely if it is easy to make, but I have always liked the buttons to be rounded, like not a perfect square, but more smooth.


BTW, what app are you using? I am in the process of making a product display and am clueless of what to use.

All done in Photoshop. The buttons are in place for the mock up, I was thinking of doing something to them later (round off) as you suggested.

I may fade the guitar a little - I was ok with the name bar, but perhaps could shorten a little. Not sure about an alternative colour?
