crossover issue..

okay, so i tried to install roller coaster tycoon 3 using the crossover program. So it installs, but when i try to run the game, it keeps wanting me to insert the cd, which is already in the drive... I know that crossover doesnt support everything, but I was just wondering if it was a fixable issue.. thanx
