Hello
I'm thinking about upgrading my Mac Pro memory, I currently have 3GB in total.
Will Crucial CT8G3ERSLQ81067 work, spec looks ok ?

Mac Pro is a 2009 (4,1) 2.66GHz Quad

It is a registered DDR3 module. It'll work in your MP but cannot be mixed with your current 3GB which are unbuffered modules. If you want to keep your current RAM, get an ECC unbuffered DDR3 module instead.

Ah, ok thanks.
So if I bought two of these: CT51272BA1067
Would that allow me to keep my current modules ?
