The day the MM was announced they didn't have anything related.

One day after, they hade the MM 2018, but nothing compatible.

Only about two days after (from my testing at least) they listed the RAMs (and no 32GB or 32GB x 2 option).

OWC has 64GB kits listed. The question remains though if it's actually available (or if the new MM ram is user replaceable without tearing the thing apart)

For US customers maybe this is a viable option. For me, not so much. It’s only $300 cheaper at owc than via apple, before you consider shipping. There is a local owc “reseller” but they add about 50% markup (or maybe it’s import taxes, I don’t know) to existing owc memory prices.

Looks like it’ll be 64gb BTO when they’re finally available to order here.

Does someone know a good place to purchase 64GB for the new Mini in Japan? OWC lists one reseller of their products in Japan and I couldn’t find OWC memory on the site. I might be another one paying the Apple tax just out of lack of options.

Had a chat just now with Crucial here in the UK re a 64gb kit for the 2018 mini. They said:

“I am afraid that we have no potential release date for a 32GB module as of yet for the new MAC MINI. As soon as this is available it will be added to our online specifications. I haven't seen any internal emails to say we are currently working on a 32GB part that would work. I would fully expect us to release one though but not sure when.”

As they say, it’ll arrive at some point but for now it’s not good news. They had no insight on potential pricing or exactly what was causing the delay.

Yep Crucial doesn't appear to have any 64 GB Modules. The only one's we've seen are Apple's (presumably Hynix Customs), OWC, Samsung (allegedly), and offshoot vendors off of eBay.

Hi guys . After some long years of signing in I've finally got a mino ( 2012), pimped it ( 2012 i7 ) with /16gb ram and a 860 drive.

Now I'm willing to purchase a 2018 version and my main concern is for a US supplier of 64 gb of ram . i've googled and searched withing amazon but I've not found anything other than

M471A4G43MB1-CTD

Which does not show to be avail other tan in the aforementioned OWC thing but the price does not make any sense .

Regards
