Crucial using Samsung memory? Never seen this before. Crucial is a division of Micron. Samsung is their competitor. WTH?

Serial Number:M471B5273CH0-CH9

Pictures are upside down?, but you can make them out to see what I mean.

If you're that interested, why not ask Crucial?

Surely you'll get a more informed answer from the source than from a website such as this?

At least samsung is also apple's competitor in smartphone and tablets. Yet still :apple: use samsung chip on their standard ram. Many components inside use samsung parts too. Well it's business. Just get the job done and get paid. Nothing sinister

I am not asking if they are using Samsung ram.I know they are using Samsung Ram. As the Crucial sticks I just got are Samsung ram. No need to call Crucial.

I am looking to see if anyone has seen this before. Odd that Crucial which is essentially Micron using a competitors ram.

I am quite happy, because my new imac has Samsung ram and now all of my ram is Samsung. :)

That is like Coke rebottling Pepsi and saying it's coke.
