iPod CSI Season 9 - No HD?

The HD link for the Season 9 of CSI is: http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewTVSeason?id=291740659 but it takes you to the SD version. The HD version link from there doesn't work.

Anyone else getting this?

They may have temporarily removed it to do some re-encoding due to a problem.

Just past experience; they have already pulled some HD shows because of problems in the encoding.
