CSS Drop Down Menu Issue

Hi everyone,

I programmed a drop down menu for my site, however, when I put the code on the site (it's a wordpress blog), there is no "dropping down" action..the drop down menu always stays out.

Take a look...it's pretty obvious whats wrong:

Have you fixed this? Because I'm not seeing an issue. The Sections menu drops down as I mouse over then disappears as I leave. Tried it in Firefox and Safari.
