I have been struggling with this form for ages and I just cannot get it to look the way I want it to. I am having a complete block, so I could really do with some help.
Here is the link to the form that I am testing. My problem is with the service details fieldset. I would ideally like the fieldset to look like this (PS mockup):
How do I go about this? I don't seem to be able to move the various labels over and get the sections to display on one line.
If you follow the link all of the css is in the head of the page (for testing purposes only). If you need me to post any code please let me know.

Edit: I know that it messes up in IE6. That is not the problem at the moment. Please view in Firefox or Safari to be able to see what I am on about.
