iMac Pro Curious if my Sony Vaio Laptop's separate dock connected to iMac Pro

hi Guys,

I am about to order my first Mac desktop, that's iMac Pro. I have a Sony Vaio Z217 laptop now with a separate dock with a blu ray writer and a internal graphic chip that's AMD Radeon HD6550M.

I wonder if I can use that dock to connect to the iMac Pro and make it as a blu-ray writer/player. Can Mac Os give it a general driver to use it?
