Current C2D MBP's are 64-bit right?

The Core 2 Duo Macbook Pros have a 64-bit Intel processor right? I'm pretty sure what 64-bit means, but i still have questions:

1. OS X Tiger isn't completely 64-bit right?

2. Leopard will be more 64-bit capable than Tiger is right?

3. Referring to the 2nd question, will Leopard technically perform faster than Tiger?

4. Could I install 64-bit Windows Vista right now?

The processor is 64-bit, but on a 32-bit chipset. The Santa Rosa-based MBP's of the future will be truly 64-bit

3. Leopard will run 64-bit apps (system apps and third party apps that may get released in 64-bit). Will it be faster - hopefully, but it will certainly be able to address more memory, so that may help.
