current system choking

I have a 2010 macbook pro. specs are 2.66 ghz c2d, 8 gb ram, 320m video. all the time ive used it the system never felt slow and laggy until today.

should i switch to a mini

turns out its the logictech anywhere darkfield mouse that was causing the problem. it was causing the mouse to skip and teleport due to short range and make it seem like the system was lagging. system is ok now with no lag with regular wireless mouse. guess i pissed away 60 bucks on this anywhere mouse.
