Just customised mine after reading this how-to that was posted in another thread somewhere.

Mine is a simple change, didn't go OTT with it, but I think it looks cool. So let's see any you've done, or the results of what you do after reading this

(Leave in PDF format, makes it easy for others to use your file if they wanted to )

cuz i never really see my boot panel a lot anyway but i always log off or switch user

I've put the multi-colour apple logo in place of the normal one, looks good

It's done differently. It's a tif and it goes in here: /System/Library/CoreServices/SecurityAgent/Contents/Resources

(Had to zip it to attach).

This guide tells you how to do it. It looks a lot more complex though - I can just imagine myself ringing Apple Tech Support and explaining how I locked myself out of the computer .

It's easy to do the bit I did though, just replacing the Apple logo (attached above)

i dont have apple developer kit installed crap and i dont have my cds with me

i want to change the text that default says Mac Os x oh well need to wait till i get my cds!!!
