i was wondering if anyone knew of a link for how make a custom carrying case or somewhere that sells cool carrying cases.

i basically wanted a reliable case that looks like a vintage suitcase.

hmm cool custom carrying bag would be nice, dunno what exactly do you mean by vintage though...is it something during titanic days or 1960s? ...

check out vaja cases, the have some pretty cool custom options. I just ordered a iPhone case from them. The only downside is their custom stuff takes 30 days to make.

The Vaja I-Revolution Shell w/ handle special edition is a rediculously cool looking case, but it runs at $450. Vaja cases are very expensive but i havnt heard anything bad about them and they look really good.
