I don't mean 'Live' wallpapers, where you have to press your finger into it to watch it loop back and forth, I mean Dynamic, as in it moves on its own, without requiring input from the user. Apple supplies a few with the OS (those floating bubble ones).
I've googled around a bit but keep coming up with rather convoluted and disagreed upon methods.
What's the conventional wisdom on the cleanest way to create your own dynamic wallpapers?
