iCloud Custom email domain family sharing

Hi there,

I am using iCloud+ and share it with my dad (soon with mom too when she gets an iPhone) and I have a custom email domain.

Is it possible to give my parents access to a iCloud email with the custom domain I have? Because what is otherwise the point of a custom domain with iCloud+ and Family Sharing?
