I created a custom gesture to go back a page in Safari (works on Home Screen and some other places as well), assigned my right mouse button to it and it works fine.

What it does is I move the curser to the left part of the screen, click on right mouse button and it performs the gesture (swipe from left to middle of screen).

However it stops working if iPad is asleep for any lengthy period of time. It suddenly will scroll the screen up instead or try to swipe from the middle of the screen to the right.
Only a shutdown and restart sets it back to working properly.

I’ve tried rotating the screen and recreating the gesture but once it’s wonky it stays wonky until a restart.

Any ideas?

What version of iPadOS are you on? Have you tried updating it?
