iPhone custom lock/unlock sounds not working on iPhone 5

specifically the Metal Gear Solid codec sounds when locking/unlocking that I found at Cydia. After install I checked it at Winterboard and did a respring, but I'm still hearing the original lock/unlock sounds. I remember this was working fine back when I had the iPhone 3GS/4, is it because of a compatibility issue with the iPhone 5 now or is there a solution for this? Thanks!

Winterboard sounds not working

Ive installed various sound packs that should work with Winterboard but dont. They show up on the winterboard settings list but do not do anything. Other tweaks like no dock labels work though.. ?

Could you please tell me exactly which tweak you got to hide the docked app labels? I tried the default one, and downloaded two other ones and none of them worked. TIA.
