iPod Custom Ringtones...?

Can you still make custom ringtones in iTunes? I can't find anyplace in iTunes 9 to make custom ringtones.

If they only come precut now this sucks...

Where was the place in 8 to make custom ringtones? I always used the 30 second, create aac, change the file extension re-import. Is there something different?
