I usually run my mac with the custom SIP setting to disable certain persistent launch services I don't use/need.
However this setting looks to now also keep Apple Internal disabled as well:
This hasn't been the case until one of the more recent Ventura updates and would only disable the Filesystem and Debugging Restrictions. I am aware of the potential security implications of disabling SIP.
