Custom templates in iWork

So we know that numbers/pages etc. ship with Apple templates...I'm curious if we can create user generated templates like we do on the desktop versions...for example I use a template in numbers for employee time sheets - it would be a pain to have to recreate it each time...does anyone have a clue?
