iPhone Custom theme help?

So I am trying to put together a custom icon set theme on my iphone, but any time I enable it in winterboard, none of the icons are changing. Any idea why this is happening? As far I can tell, the icons are all named correctly and they are in the correct bundles. I'm using http://browse.deviantart.com/art/Retrofied-316701001 this icon set if it matters much. And I'm using iExplorer to move files.

Right now I only have these ones at the moment

com.apple.camera
com.apple.mobileipod
com.apple.mobilesafari
com.burbn.instagram
com.facebook.Facebook
com.tapbots.Tweetbot

None of them are working. It's just showing the default icons.

Download Glasklart and use the bundles and icon names for the apps. Most of these bundles are updated for iOS 6. Then look at them and mirror them for your theme, be sure the order in Winterboard is correct.
