Anyone know how to add custom gestures for the MBP trackpad?
I want to avoid installing additional apps like BetterTouchTool, because they are always on and eat battery.

My primary need is to use the four finger swipe down for minimizing active apps. I use minimizing a lot and it's very annoying to constantly move my hand from the trackpad to the keyboard for command+m.

Only way I can see to do it, is to write an app - that's always on - and eats battery. May as well use BTT.

Command-m is one of the easiest keyboard shortcuts imaginable.

How about putting apps in different spaces (or Desktops, as they're called in Control Center), then swiping across to each one?

I can't imagine BTT costing more than a couple of minutes of battery life, if that. There's no way other than a 3rd-party app.
