Custom video screensaver solution? (e.g., SaveHollywood)

Hi all,

I'm trying to make a custom screensaver using this video, however, solutions that allowed this in the past such as SaveHollywood are no longer compatible with Catalina.

Apparently Apple is blocking this type of access to the screensavers. Not being able to customize the aesthetics of a screensaver is very bizarre to me.

Do you know of a possible solution to make a custom screensaver from a video?
