custome rimg tones messing up calls?

i put a couple custom ringtones from itoner on my phone and it was messing up my calls. the test:

had a friend call who did not have his own custom ringtone, worked fine.

assigned him a ringtone. now when he calls, he says it rings about 7 times and gets my voice mail. tried several time with other people. same thing. anyone know what is going on?

So you don't have it automatically checking for mail? Can I assume you have power-cycled the phone?

I really dont see how just having a custom ring-tone could trigger the call not to come through. It is odd.

been on the phone with apple and att for the last hour. its not even connecting to edge now. great
ended up being an edge problem, just happened at the same time. great. figures att would screw up a good thing that apple has going for them. Total time on phone with support: 1:24:01
