So I got my iphone last week as a gift. After activating and rolling over from my previous AT&T account, I ran into an annoyance. The only way for people on the other to hear me wsa by using the hands-free headset. I did not mind but was annoyed. I contacted apple support and they was told that they would send me a loaner as i sent them my current phone in. So being the impatient person that I am, I decided to forgoe that and just goto my local apple store and get my loaner there. After a few minutes of them doing soem diagnostics, they told me that because I have only had the phone for less than a week it falls under their return policy. What did that mean? Rather than repair they just switched it out with a new phone.
