Is there a way to edit the default iPad keyboard shortcuts? E.g. changing the default new tab in safari from CMD+T to CMD+E. I understand that in Settings if you navigate to Accessibility > Keyboards > Full keyboard access there is some ability to modify preset and custom made shortcuts from the shortcut app. However, I am looking for a deeper level of functionality.
