Customize not applying anything.

I have a 3g iPhone 2.0.1 jailbroken via Winpwn and I have and use Winterboard and its great, but the themes and most of the sounds from Customize dont work.

Can someone please help me with this, and please dont post just use Winterboard, I do use that and its great I just want to use parts of both.

Customize has been having issues, may not have been ported correctly to 2.0 on some of their themes.
