iPhone Customize notifications per individual contact?

I'm looking for a tweak, that would allow me to change notification settings per individual contact.

I'm not talking about individual tones (as I know this can be done through iOS), but the popup notifications.

I would love to get popup (and lockscreen) notifications, when I receive a text from e.g. my girlfriend or best friend, while not getting these, when I receive a message from e.g. my aunt.

Anyone knows of a tweak/app, that does this?

And btw, how do you make all calls and notifications silent and just a whitelist of selected contacts with their own ringtone active?
