So the new screen on the left ( the siri screen i'll call it for now) has a few nifty things (im non-US, so I miss the nearby location suggestions)

But I do not really like the news section it offers.

Is there any way you can customize this or maybe even just turn it off?
The sources Apple provides are pretty ******, and I want have control over the sources.

The only customization you can do is show more/less of each section. Turning off Siri suggestions in spotlight search just blanks out that entire screen.

It's really silly how you can't customize what news it shows based off the news app or just turn it off without killing the rest of Siri suggestions, this will probably change after a bunch of news sites getting huffing and puffing over what sites get featured on Siri suggestions.
