iPhone Customze icons on iphone 5

hi all i want to customize my icons on my iPhone 5 i have jailbroken it all ready but gridlock says it wont work on ios 6 and above,
is there any other way to move them about to where ever i want them?

Try Iconoclasm. It will let you do that.
