The video was hosted at Penn State University...I'm assuming that's what he/she is talking about.

I thought it was cute too... I didn't quite get to see the end... it was locking up on my old iBook and I didn't feel like going over to the iMac. But what I saw was very cute...

yes, it's french - but the ".be" is Belgium.
